Encryption

Access control
Role-based access with multi-factor authentication on every account. Access to your data is limited to the team working on your engagement.
Audit logging
Every action taken on an invoice is recorded — who, what, when — and the log can't be edited after the fact.
Archiving
Invoices retained in their original structured format for the statutory period, with the audit trail attached.
Secured transport
Invoices exchanged over Peppol's secured transport, not over email.
Data protection
Your financial data handled in line with Oman's personal data protection requirements.
Confidentiality
Standard confidentiality terms in every engagement. Your numbers aren't discussed outside your engagement team.
Business continuity
Backups and a documented recovery procedure, so a failure on our side doesn't become a compliance failure on yours.
We don't list certifications we don't hold. As Dhara's security programme is formalised we'll publish what's been achieved, dated, with the certificate — not a roadmap.
